Thrive with Mentoring (TwM) is looking for an experienced and cross culturally savvy woman leader to join our Core Leadership Team as Regional Lead North America.

At TwM, you will become part of a global network of businesswomen who want to pay it forward and help other women thrive.

Pre-requisites:

• You are an inspiring and well-versed communicator, up-to-speed with social media and have a strong online presence on LinkedIn
• You are based in North America - West Coast (CA) or East Coast (NY) – other than that, the role is location agnostic, and can be performed fully remote. We expect a tenure of 2 to 4 years.
• You are ready to roll your sleeves up and wiling to use your social capital to engage teams of Cohort Leaders in various cities and countries across North America - West Coast (CA) or East Coast (NY)
• You are an Influencer with a well-maintained network that will enable you to mobilize other women to join us either as cohort leads and/or mentorsor mentees
• You are able to attract and lead other leaders across cultures andgeographies through your collaborative leadership style and extensive people leadership experience

What you will be responsible for:

• Actively act as an ambassador for TwM, identify collaboration opportunities to grow the community and help it thrive
• Contribute to the annual operational agenda of TwM globally
• Represent the needs of your teams in our Core leadership team.
• Groom successors for the cohort leader teams as well as your own role
• Recruit cohort leader teams for cohorts in your region. Guide these teams on leading their cohort.
• Assess programs for viability for the cities you are responsible for
