Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Support the Director of Property/Asset Management and outside leasing team in leasing activity;

Support the Director of Property/Asset Management and Acquisitions department with acquisitions and refinancing;

Accurately prepare various Property Management reports on a monthly basis, including budget variance reports; property inspection reports; janitorial vacancy credit reports;

Perform other tasks as delegated by the Director of Property / Asset Management and the Managing Member.

Commercial Real Estate management: 10 years (Required)

5+ years Commercial Property Management experience with significant supervisory responsibilities

Supervise all on-site property management staff, as well as third party vendors.

Resolve all day-to-day property management issues.

Adhere to Stream property management annual audit.

Manage the financial performance of the property or portfolio.

Strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with tenants and clients

2+ years of Property management experience

1+ years of managerial experience

Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills

A focus on details and goals with strong organizational and communication skills.

Desire to work collaboratively with Team Success Department to recruit, hire, manage and retain community staff.

Drive occupancy and rent collection to expectations.

The base compensation rate will vary based on education, experience, skills, and geographic location, as applicable.

Completes various human resources, financial, administrative, and other reports and analysis, and performs other duties as assigned or as necessary. #LI-KM1

The salary range for this position is $110,000 to 160,000. (Inland Empire)

Bachelor’s degree in real estate or property management preferred, or equivalent experience in a real estate role with progressive responsibility.

Minimum of 10 years professional experience in a commercial property management capacity.

10 or more years managerial and team leadership experience.
