The engagement coordinator operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses office equipment, working remotely from home.

Three (3) years of related work experience.

Experience with Adobe Professional and other graphics programs desirable

This position has no supervisory responsibilities/no direct reports.

Licenses, Registrations, Certifications, or Special Requirements:

TCIC/NCIC Certification must be obtained within six (6) months of employment.

Supervises and monitors key control.

Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Methods, procedures and techniques used in operating jailhouse security systems.

Modern office/clerical and administrative practices, procedures and methods related to operating jailhouse security systems.

May arrange management interviews by coordinating interview schedules; evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers.

You will conduct job scoping of openings by identifying recruiting requirements with hiring managers.

Forward applicant information to appropriate managers.

Ability to manage confidential information without compromise.

Providing policy direction and guidance to DHS management and staff;

A Bachelor's Degree in criminal justice or safety management or a related human services field;

Experience overseeing a security program;

Working with vulnerable populations, such as people with developmental disabilities, metal health challenges or substance use disorder;

Other combinations of formal education, training and experience may be considered.

Three or more years of experience leading or managing wellness programs

Registration: Wellness or fitness certification

Coordinates community health and wellness activities in the community.

Monitors activities within the community to evaluate trends and opportunities for the health system and makes recommendations for new program development.

Represents the organization at various community meetings and events. This may include interactions with community leaders or stakeholder organizations.

Works closely with functional area managers to ensure consistency in clinical interventions supporting our plan sponsors.

2 years’ experience in behavioral health, social services, or human services field.

1 year experience with MS Office Suite applications, including Word and Excel.

Knowledge of growth and developmental milestones.

Reinforces clinical philosophy, programs, policies and procedures.

Communicates strategic plan and specific tactics to meet plan.

Prior experience in a metric driven environment

Proficient and/or experience with medical terminology and/or ICD-10 codes

Bachelor’s degree OR associate degree and three years’ experience OR High School and 10 years’ experience.

Working knowledge of investigative techniques and criminal procedure.

Working knowledge of risk assessments.

Recommend appropriate security personnel levels /equipment and that the appropriate security measures are in place in Company facilities.

Develop and coordinate all facets of physical security including equipment, procedures and methods pertaining to the protection of personnel and facilities.

Direct and coordinate investigations with appropriate company personnel, contractors, and local law enforcement officials as appropriate.
