10+ years’ experience in construction and mining industry

Strong verbal and written communication skills including PC skills.

Develops and executes a local pricing strategy utilizing resources from the business unit and product management focusing on margin.

Manage key relationships in the division such as with supplier representatives, community members, and customers.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills: ability to lead, communicate and motivate teams.

Responsible for recruiting profitable and revenue generating sales talent in coordination with centers of excellence.

Able to effectively function as a change agent.
