Region Logistics Manager Jobs in California

Work with internal departments to implement customer agreements, increase revenue, and address Customer needs; includes working closely with senior management

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business, Marketing or Finance

Maintain office postings as advised by the management team.

Sets priorities and manages workflow to ensure efficient, timely and accurate processing of transactions and other responsibilities.

Familiar with company management system preferred

Assist manager with scheduling office meetings.

Administer and analyze programs offered to ALKEME Insurance clients

Experience with grant application and management at Federal and State level

2+ Years of Experience executing tasks and developing deliverables for current and incoming projects.

Experience developing and executing regional outreach plans.

Knowledge of CARB investment strategy.

Knowledge of ZE vehicles, equipment, and infrastructure as solutions for emission reduction.

Knowledge of SJV governance systems.

Great collaboration and time-management skills

Virtual outreach with new marketing strategies, service offerings, and customer experience feedback

Manages and tracks all touch points, including visits, meetings, phone, and virtual connections

Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar role or related industry

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Establish trusted relationships with customers that enables customer retention, growth, and shared success.

Distributor management experience a plus

The Region Manager is responsible for leading sales execution and distributor management for Superbird

Manage, mentor, and develop direct reports

5-8 years experience as a spirits supplier and/or distributor representative

Strong knowledge of sales techniques and distributor network

Confident public speaker and storyteller with in-depth spirits knowledge
