Recruiting Director Jobs in California

Screen selected candidates for validation of skills, experience, qualifications, and knowledge in relation to position requirements using standardized behavioral-based interview/screening techniques.

Daily responsibilities include sourcing active and passive candidates, client management, and administration of reqs via LinkedIn (ATS).

10+ years of experience and success recruiting in a company with fast growth and/or 5+ years of management experience.

Ability to recruit with the ability to match cultural and environmental fit, in addition to technical skills and experience.

Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.

Develop, implement, and manage full-cycle recruitment processes.

Experience in being a strategic planner who looks around corners to steer headcount planning, capacity modeling, and budgeting

Experience in change with an informed POV who can effectively lead the team through growth

Building (and rebuilding) operational systems, processes, and capabilities to support successful scaling in a high-growth global organization

Establishing cross-functional partnerships with Finance, HR, and Analytics
