As a Recruiter and Employer Brand Specialist, you will:

• Reassess and reprioritize when multiple conflicting priorities arise and excel in a fast-paced, high production environment
• Maintain a high level of integrity, sound judgment, & discretion regarding handling confidential or sensitive information
• Work with all levels of management and a broad array of candidates, customers, and suppliers outside the company
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills with a high degree of tact and diplomacy
• Manage the job offer process, negotiations, and ensure applicants are provided accurate information related to their offers and their onboarding process
• Strong writer to create content (writing and visual), create/manage content (posting) calendar, and interact on social media sites.
• Effectively source, screen, recommend candidates for next steps interviews
• Provide a best-in-class experience for all applicants, candidates, interviews, and managers
• Annually review and refresh career sites (website, linkedIn, Glassdoor) with compelling content to build a competitive presence
• Manage inventory for employer brand materials/handouts/flyers for internal needs (onboarding and events) and career events (i.e. career fairs, school events)
• Content/video creation software (i.e. Canva) preferred
• Maintain a high level of organization and ensure all processes are followed appropriately

What you bring:

• Experience with applicant tracking software or HRIS systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous experience in an HR or talent acquisition function is required
