Job Description

Experience:


  • Minimum 2 years’ Human Resources recruitment support
  • Healthcare Staffing industry experience


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Use internal systems to accurately document candidates’ onboarding details and other activities
  • Perform clerical duties such as: utilizing all communication methods to interact with candidates, conduct reference checks, and drafting communications
  • Assist the Head of Human Resources with special projects as needed
  • Support Travel Nurse Recruiters with daily activities


Skills and Qualifications


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adept at using an applicant tracking system
  • Resilience in the face of unexpected challenges and setbacks
  • High degree of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Comprehensive knowledge of recruiting and onboarding
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
