Marketer/agency/consultative services experience in programmatic and search media strategy & investment.

Experience in all self-serve programmatic channels (display, video, social, dOOH, audio, native).

“Hands-on-keyboard” experience with media planning technology platforms (i.e Media Ocean, Hudson MX, Prisma)

Two or more years of relevant work experience in programmatic and/or paid social media.

Ability to manage projects across multiple stakeholders, and influence across divisions, departments, and teams.

Good knowledge and understanding of flexible spending account (FSA) benefits, health saving accounts, COBRA and commuter benefits is preferred.

Candidates should possess good organization skills and have good attention to detail.

Candidates must have a very good attention for details and good organizational skills.

Compares data with source documents in verification format to detect errors and correct them manually.

Stores completed documents in the appropriate locations to ensure that information is intuitively and readily accessible by others.

Reports eligibility status (active or termination) to carriers on a weekly, monthly, daily or urgent basis for applicable clients.

1+ years of experience in Finance

Exceptional analytic skills and a demonstrated ability to build financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem-solving

Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver analyses and support for company-wide decisions

Deliver detailed analysis of historical financials and variance explanations, along with reports that track budget trends and forecast future needs
