We are looking for a FP&A Analyst to join our FP&A team. This role will partner with our G&A and Corporate leadership to develop accurate forecasts, guide financial decisions and provide insights.

WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:

• Partner with the business and FP&A partners to provide analytical support for ad-hoc projects related to workforce planning, personnel expenses, monthly budgets, and other items
• Improve and optimize the financial processes
• Deliver detailed analysis of historical financials and variance explanations, along with reports that track budget trends and forecast future needs
• Drive the annual budget, monthly forecasting, and close processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver analyses and support for company-wide decisions
• Update and maintain key metrics files and slide decks for reporting to executive leadership

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

• Exceptional analytic skills and a demonstrated ability to build financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem-solving
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Adaptive experience strongly preferred
• Intellectually curious, self-starter who is not afraid to seek out projects independently
• Understanding of Accrual-Based Accounting
• Advanced Excel modeling skills
• 1+ years of experience in Finance
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
• BA/BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
• Strong PowerPoint presentation skills
• Well organized and goal oriented
