Effective skill in project management to include establishing and leading project teams; managing timelines/deadlines/resources; ensuring successful project implementation

Effective organizational, planning and time management skills

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience

Experience in the application of statistical methods, mathematical techniques, forecasting, cost-benefit analysis and related analytical tools

Experience in problem resolution including determining root cause, scope and scale of issues

Experience in leading collaborative work teams

Strong understanding and skills with SAP, financial/project management systems development and implementation plans and training procedures

2-5 years of development accounting or operational accounting experience and/or 1-2 years of Disney project management experience

Detailed understanding of management information systems

Intermediate understanding of real estate development and property management

Responsibilities of & Requirements for the Role:

Leads and oversees Real Estate Operations operational spend with budgetary requirements up to $20M

Help manage due diligence work streams and drafting of investment recommendations for prospective RE investments

3+ years of Investment Operations experience

Bachelor's Degree in Finance and/or a related field

Solid analytical an research skills

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Monitor existing RE portfolio including tracking and coordinating reports, financial statements, correspondence, and legal documents

Interview and onboard new hires; build vertical depth in the organization and manage a team spanning many departments and functions.

Delegate significant responsibilities to team members to free self to work on other priorities.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, real estate, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Strong planning and execution skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, with a strong commitment to employee development and growth.

-Maintain proactive communication regarding vacancies and follow up with property management regularly.

-Assist in transitioning properties to a new management company, including changing over utility billing.

Strong verbal and written communication abilities

Previous experience in real estate or construction

-Review income and expense statements for accuracy and address any errors.
