Real Estate Hedge Fund Analyst Jobs

Participate in the ongoing asset management of existing investments.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate or related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.

Prior experience as an Analyst in a private equity, investment banking, consulting, or real estate investment firm.

Strong analytical skills - including proficiency in financial modeling and valuation.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.

Minimum 10 years of public/private financial management experience including private equity real estate and Big 4-audit

Strong knowledge of GAAP, and their proper application within the real estate and private equity industries

CPA or desire to obtain a CPA license preferred

Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects with high attention to detail

Design, document and implement policies and procedures to ensure all reporting requirements and valuations processes are fulfilled efficiently and on time

Manage the Fund's budgeting and forecasting processes

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance

CPA with 10+ years of relevant experience; 5+ years of public accounting experience (Big Four or other large international firm) preferred

Experience managing external auditors, fund administrators, and third-party valuation consultants
