Real Estate Asset Manager Americas Jobs in Iowa

Experience in Change Management and ensuring successful workplace change projects

Lead and drive external project managers to execute technical and logistical management of the project from the beginning till the end.

A minimum bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree in Real Estate management, Architecture, Construction, Civil Engineering, Surveying or equivalent

Create amazing spaces which are sustainable and heighten user experience

Be the ambassador for the Future Work experience and ensure it is implemented in all projects.

Strong communication skills, ability to solve problems and provide oversight as well as execute of projects.

Previous experience working with real estate asset management or development is preferred but not required

Project manage issues, vendors and coordination of site level issues

Experience coordinating in fast-paced environments and teams

Ability to manage multiple projects with an eye for efficiency and priority

Previous experience in a customer facing role

Serve as the Charging business partner for site hosts and internal cross-functional teams
