Team leader bids are not cell specific. Production Managers will assign based on production requirements.

Communications -a) immediately report discrepancies to production manager; b) conducts team meetings; c) coaches associates; d) shift logs;

Associate must meet all the minimum qualifications outlined on the job bid.

Associates selected will receive the necessary training to perform the requirements of this position, to include processes and computer requirements.

Acts as a role model

Maintains Team Records - a) IPCP; b) attendance sheets; c) productivity recap sheet; d) others as required

Participate in continuous improvement activities outside their current location of responsibility to improve their capability and skills.

Ensures good communication with all team members.

Establish and maintain a positive, collaborative team environment.

Drives 5S and work cell safety performance to achieve a green status every month.

Engages team members to improve ergonomically layout of work stations.

Improving OEE by engaging all team members and applying lean manufacturing theories.

Train new team members in job duties to standards.

Ability to perform same duties and responsibilities as team members.

Expert knowledge of company safety standards and guidelines in order to ensure team members maintain compliance with those standards.

Meet with Packaging Management Team weekly.

Develop and/or update SOPs for tasks associated with master training matrix. Reciprocate these changes to Packaging Manager.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Follow all PPE and GMP requirements.

Create weekly shift staffing schedule based on vacation schedule.

Confirm proper packaging mix and packaging materials (PakTechs, Crowns, Lids, Keg Collars, etc.) based on BBT volume before kegging/filling of product.

Provides leadership and training to team members to effectively utilize and build on talent, experience, and growth.

Minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment, supervisory experience preferred

Proven leadership, coaching, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Coordinates staffing and scheduling for assigned department(s). Assists in determining need for overtime. Schedules vacations for employees.

High school diploma or GED

Understanding of lean manufacturing methods and techniques.

Prepare quality updates and communicate them to department managers and supervisors

1 year of quality assurance experience in a manufacturing, packaging or distribution facility

Experience effectively communicating and presenting information in one-on-one and small and large group situations to customers, clients, leadership and team members

Leadership skills that foster teamwork in meeting goals and objectives

Guide, coach, schedule and train Quality Assurance and Receiving Quality Technicians; cover for them in their absence

Oversee the nonconforming product process
