Collaborate with stakeholders on data management, advanced modeling techniques, and optimization solutions that fuel growth for each business segment.

Strong communication skills to bridge between business, analytics, data, and technology functions.

Partner with key stakeholders across Disney Entertainment to develop solutions that drive provide insights that enable marketing effectiveness and impact.

Develop solutions that consolidate existing research, insights, network audience intelligence, and automate access to enable rapid response.

Advanced degree in Statistics, Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or a related field, PhD is preferable.

Provide regular written and verbal updates to management

Proficient SQL Knowledge with reporting (Tableau/Power BI) experience

Working with various technology leads to ensure the gaps in capabilities are converted into prioritized work items

Knowledge of Python and date flow and automation

Knowledge of systems and data implementation process

Hands-on experience in quantitative data analysis and ability to understand/diagnose potential quality issues and anomalies.

Extensive knowledge of traditional and social media metrics and tools

Results-oriented, self-starter with proven experience in implementing solutions, from concept to execution of new insights, independently or in partnership with others

Center of Excellence Infrastructure Implementation: drive execution of CM&I’s roadmap and plans for scaling the standardized monitoring, measurement, and insights infrastructure.

Must successfully pass a background check and all regulatory requirements

Prior experience with health care quality reporting and/or interpreting health care regulatory/accreditation requirements

Generate ad-hoc reports and perform ad-hoc responsibilities as deemed appropriate by the QMA Supervisor.

Basic computer skills including spreadsheet, word processing, and presentations

Superior organizational skills, detail oriented, and ability to set priorities, be persistent and follow through

Bachelor’s degree in nursing or other advanced clinical education

Five or more years of medical/surgical clinical experience
