Process requests to pull materials from storage for transfer into the field. Coordinate delivery of items where applicable.

Enter receiving reports in purchasing system to ensure real-time traceability for interested parties

Process and track receipts of owner supplied equipment according to the current site process, if required.

Bundle, kit, or trailer items together to support the efficient execution of work orders

Must have a thorough knowledge of blueprint readings/interpretation, math and instrument reading as well as a complete understanding of wiring diagrams.

Must know how to use basic measuring equipment and instruments used to continuity check various assemblies/components including basic personal computing literacy.

Is required to know and fully understand the workmanship acceptance criteria used on the production floor.

May require the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Must maintain a neat and orderly work/inspection area.

Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Along with plant management team, will perform Monthly Self GMP Audits of facility.

Must be able to speak, read, and write in English and be able to communicate with management.

Intermediate PC skills with working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

1-3 years of related experience and/or training (experience with Medical Device manufacturing is considered a plus)

Responsible for quality event management (deviations, investigations, change control) related to method qualification / validation.

Provide technical and strategic functional oversight, including resource management/operational management for method validation, transfer and testing of Raw Materials.

Manage outsourced qualification / validation and GMP testing of methods at CMOs or CTLs.

Extensive technical writing experience in drafting analytical method transfer, qualification and validation protocols, reports, and method SOPs.

Review and approve method qualification / validation protocols and reports, may need to author method qualification / validation protocols and reports.

Collaborate with Analytical Development Scientists, Formulation, Process Development, Conjugation to gain the necessary method and product knowledge.

Document and report inspection status to Quality Management

Provide feedback on identified non-conformances to Management

JOB SKILLS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

High School diploma, GED certification and/or applicable job experience

Data entry on computer, organizes, follows procedures, reports accurate results

1 year experience working in a lab environment preferred

Basic math and statistics skills

Must be able to read, write and speak English at the needed level to safely and successfully perform job duties

You have excellent computer skills and have working knowledge of spreadsheet software (excel, google docs)

Maintaining a database of food pictures, properties, productions and other data,

Communicate issues with work instructions and procedures to Senior Technicians, Assistant Supervisor, or QC Manager.

Shift: 6pm-6:30am; 2-2-3 shift rotation

This position is bonus eligible.

Perform testing of production batches, incoming raw materials, finished goods, and components to determine conformance to specifications.

Perform validation testing during filling to insure integrity of finished goods, including labeling, packaging, and fill weights.

1-3 years of safety experience (safety committee, OSHA 10/30, etc.).

Knowledge of utility depths and placements.

Effectively lead drilling teams to ensure employees have the necessary resources and knowledge to operate machines.

Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.

OSHA 10 Hour Construction and/or 30 Hour Construction a plus. Will train the right individual.

MISS Dig RTE Training a plus. Will train the right individual.

Complete the Post install Quality Control Scorecard and submit it to the Installation Manager weekly.

Facilitate training under the guidance of the Installation Manager to address opportunities, prevent further recalls and minimize customer concerns.

Handle customer concerns in a proactive and timely manner resulting in a positive experience for the customer.

Develop quarterly training schedule in collaboration with the Installation Manager.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups and/or co-workers of the organization.
