High School diploma/GED with zero to one year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Performs documentation reviews for compliance with stated requirements, including vendor quality manuals and company quality records.

Ability and desire to use all inspection and computer equipment supporting described job responsibilities

Ability to interpret engineering requirements produced and used in the normal course of hydraulic cylinder manufacturing

Find any required PO #’s

Reclassify any parts that don’t match the supplier part # so that material can be adjusted out properly

Prepare and handle raw materials and finished goods in compliance with quality standards and requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in physical science and/or food industry experience preferred

1-3 year of general work experience required.

Prior food production operation experience preferred.

Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment preferred.

Ability to read and understand MSDS, operate manufacturing equipment, and knowledge of industrial technology a plus.

Experience in inventory tracking system (WMS).

3+ years of supervision experience. Or a combination of education and experience

Maintains a high-quality relationship with the internal shop production managers and group leaders.

Skilled at data driven problem solving of issues identified in process and products.

5+ years of manufacturing or mechanical experience.

Metal stamping and weld experience

Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects independently

Assist in the review of QC data and provide summaries to management as needed

Assist QC Management, as needed, in the completion of OOS, deviations, and CAPAs investigations for QC

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry environment or equivalent combination of education and experience

Perform or assist with QC method qualifications, transfers and validations

Experience working in cGMP or GLP pharmaceutical industry environment

Computer skills including Word, Excel, and Internet experience.

Utilizes Visual Inspection Systems and other inspection tools (tensile strength machines/calipers/pin gages/etc.) per inspection requirements.

Previous minimum 4 years QA/QC experience with medical device manufacturer.

Experience in regulated environment (e.g. FDA QSR, ISO 13485, etc.).

Coordinates and delegates daily priorities to ensure accurate and timely completion.

Maintains accurate records for compliance with regulation.
