Excellent customer service & communication skills

Ability to communicate clearly & be positive, polite, and cooperative with co-workers, managers, vendors, and customers

Complete miscellaneous side work as directed by manager on duty

Obtain and maintain current food handlers and OLCC/WA liquor license

Ability to accurately handle cash and work with numbers

A flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays required

Strong organizational and excellent communication skills

Presoak and scrub all silverware

Pre-rinse all dishes & pots with sprayer

Load silverware, dishes, and pots into dishwashing machine and run machine

Unload machine and inspect dishes for remaining food particles, rewashing as necessary

Have at least one year of supervisory experience in a restaurant setting, experience in senior living is a plus

Have inventory and ordering experience

Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent

Be willing to work occasional weekends, holidays, and special events

Be able to lift and carry trays of food and beverages, and stay on your feet for long periods of time

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Knowledge of the menu and beer, with the ability to make insightful suggestions.

Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced restaurant.

Safety perform safety audits, safety training and other duties required by the Safety Manager.

Problem Solving - the individual identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information skillfully.

Take food and drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude.
