Maintains department standard for loading of provider demographic data with affiliation and contract assignment.

Audit loaded provider records for quality and financial accuracy and provide documented feedback.

Ensure that provider information is loaded accurately to allow for proper claims processing, outbound reporting and directory processes.

Generates provider data reports and analyses to support internal client needs including network management, sales, account management, and other key functions.

Experience using software such as GeoNetworks strongly preferred.

Provider data experience is strongly preferred.

Must also have strong skills in SQL and SQL queries.

Bachelor’s degree in business, health care management or related field; OR 4+ years of total work experience

Submit, monitor and release payment appendix templates through the Activity Manager application

Knowledge of the health care industry

Proven problem solving skills; the ability to systematically analyze problems, draw relevant conclusions and devise appropriate courses of action

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high priority projects simultaneously

Knowledge and proficiency of facility and professional contracting process

Continued processing of inventory to upkeep current skill set

1+ years of experience within PPO as either RCL Superloader, non-delegated NDB loader or delegated NDB loader

Solid organizational skills with the demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize own work to meet deadlines

Experience with coaching or training

Experience with process improvement initiatives

Experience in analyzing policies and procedures

Participate in tactical initiatives led by the Network Management department.

Introduce new Network Management employees to departmental analytic tools and reporting dashboards.

A Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, statistics, business, information systems or similar required.

1-3 years business experience preferably in the healthcare industry and/or a technical role.

Knowledge of standard health care metrics for payer and provider reporting preferred.

Ability to interpret and scope customer (internal and external) requirements.

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a data professional.

Proven experience in conducting interviews, preferably within the data industry.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience in mentoring is a plus.

Utilize your connections to help students secure interviews with companies.

Conduct mock interviews, providing preparation, mock interviewing, and feedback.
