Previous work experience in real estate or property management an asset.
You support senior management by preparing regular ownership reports.
You successfully manage all administrative tasks, including work orders, service requests, rent and expense payments, property maintenance and vendor compliance requirement.
A minimum of two years related work experience in customer service or administration.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and Property Accounting programs.
Basic knowledge of accounting an asset.
