Liquor, beer and wine knowledge

Minimum of 1-year experience as a bartender

Review proofs for accuracy and integrity

Compare proofs to customer supplied composites, proofs, and matrixes

Respond to guest problems, complaints and accidents; communicate to management, if necessary.

High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.

Customer service experience required, previous experience as a food server within a restaurant preferred.

Food Handler certification or equivalent.

Have a thorough knowledge of food and bar menus and current specials.

Have a thorough knowledge of proper preparation of cocktails.

Respond to guest problems, complaints and accidents; communicate to management, if necessary.

Customer service experience required and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.

BASSET and Food Handler certifications or equivalent required upon hire.

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Flexible and long hours sometimes required.

Ability to stand during entire shift.
