Experience as a Waiter/Server in a hotel, full service restaurant, country club and/or banquet hall is preferred.

Takes drink orders, communicates with bartender, assist in preparation of drinks, and presents drinks to guest.

Accept payments and maintains accountability for all transactions.

Monitors guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to guidelines.
