Project Site Administration Jobs in Florida

Experience in lean project management methodologies including facilitating cross-functional teams and being a change agent

Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Six Sigma Black Belt

Requires at least 3 to 5 years of process improvement and/or project management background

Knowledge and skill in use of job appropriate technology and software applications

Proficiency with computer based analytical and reporting tools such as reporting tools, databased applications, and project management software

Analyzes data and proactively consults with leadership to learn where there are gaps in knowledge and improvements to be made

Previous experience with project management tools and computer applications, such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Manages critical milestones throughout the project to ensure the best customer experience.

Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.

Experience delivering tech programs/projects (hardware or software) from inception to delivery.

Establishes and assembles project teams, and coordinates activities.
