Project Operations Assistant Jobs in Florida

Minimum 10 years of experience in Customer facing roles with a background in either operations or customer experience

Proven experience partnering with Product teams to implement change and drive efficiency

Deep process experience required, track record of measuring and reducing waste

You are customer centric, engaging, and love doing it whatever it takes to help solve someone’s issues

You build empathy, trust, and rapport with customers, sales reps and internal teams, and are willing to support others as needed

Must have strong research, writing, organizational, interpersonal, communication, time management and critical thinking skills

Spreadsheet creation, data entry and manipulation

Paralegal or Legal Assistance experience preferred, specifically in the areas of insurance defense or general liability defense

Experience in a litigation firm or corporate legal department

A minimum of three (3) years of legal experience

Must have strong multi-tasking skills across multiple platforms
