Data collection and data entry for project reports and tracking systems

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or 1 years related experience in operational support.

Ability to create and manage timelines, and collaborate with other teams to complete a project deliverable

Strong proofreading skills with careful attention to detail

Strong writing and notetaking skills, and in compiling meeting notes

Knowledge of the general nature of the criminal justice and human trafficking fields.

5+ years of project management experience required

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

Monitor and manage project financials and generate client billing with internal Xcenda finance and external client financial stakeholders

Knowledge and experience of the Medical Device or Pharmaceuticals, global sector and/or consulting preferred

Manage project scope / changes, functioning as an escalation point to ensure impact is communicated and approved

Learn and manage client-specific processes to ensure compliance
