Project management experience a plus

Prepare and support upper Senior PM in management meetings on a weekly basis.

Preemptively review potential issues and escalate to manager; collaborate with the PD team to reach a viable solution.

Support manager with the PD team communication of next steps and updates if on any changes.

Attend weekly production meetings with Senior Project Manager, COO and PD team to review all timelines and update status.

Participate with manager on cross -functionally in International strategic alignment meetings for all necessary due dates and deliverables.

Experience with IT project management

Experience within a delivery project management lead role

Extensive experience within management consulting or consulting services (Big 4 preferred)

Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and creative

Strong leadership presence and ability to interact with senior management within Capgemini and the Client organization

Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required

Minimum of three years of experience in Engineering Management, or Project Leadership

6-10 years of Controls engineering functional management or project leadership experience
