Support administrative needs for vendor bookings and management, decor, etc

Manage a range of cross-functional projects by defining timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Liaise with the head of design and delivery to manage product iteration across all channels of the business

Create and manage event ROS’s and logistics for designated programs

Create and maintained exhaustive Q&A in order to have an answer to potential user incidencies managed by our user support team.

Make sure that all the requirements needed to achieve the project goals have all the necessary documentation

You'll have strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships.

Knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram is a plus

Provide highly skilled technical and management advice and assistance to functional management and personnel.

A minimum of 5-7 years of business experience in Project Management within complex or large-scale projects is required

Experience planning and implementing change management for projects with global, multi-regional, cross company impact, or large scale user impact is preferred.

Program Management Professional (PMP) or Prince2 certification is preferred.

Collaborate, challenge and influence peers, subordinates and senior management.

Previous experiences within supply chain, HR, IT and Finance preferred

7-10 years of project management or related experience

1-2 years of experience in healthcare industry, preferably clinical setting
