Proven experience in project management

Report and escalate issues to management, if & when necessary

Familiarity with a variety of project management methodology & tools

Interface with internal stakeholders to triage project requests and requirements

Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize progress of active & pending projects

Excellent communication skills, written & verbal

Team leadership and cross-functional project management skills are required

Stakeholder management and presentation skills are required

5+ years of experience in a leadership role responsible for project management / process ownership is required

Strong Microsoft Office skills – knowledge of macros and more advanced features is a strong plus

Experience with business processes, finance, and project reporting is required

Lean Six Sigma training or experience in process development
