Analyze operational expenses. Support monthly financial metrics and corrective actions. Provide analytical support for Distribution and Transportation metrics.

Build and maintain analysis, models, or dashboards to support process optimization, forecasting, capacity planning, economic optimization, and performance management processes.

Support and comply with the company’s Quality Management System policies and procedures.

Liaise cross-functionally beyond primary internal customer group; including, but not limited to, finance, HR, business development, sales, marketing, IT, and R&D.

Possess strong analytical skills, business intuition, and ability to build consensus across functions.

5+ years of relevant business experience.

Strong project and relationship management skills, including stakeholder and timeline management and meeting facilitation

50% Procurement Ops & Business Partner Team Management

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or related field or equivalent work experience

Actively manage Procurement Ops Managed Service and serve as single point of contact liaison with business partner

Manage compliance reporting for internal or external (such as federal government) reporting on supplier diversity

Ensures compliance with operational requirements, internal controls and regulations

2+ years' project management experience along with experience integrating large-scale projects

Support integration of new technology into the dining experience to ensure seamless service integration.

3+ years' leadership experience in the food and beverage industry

Manage project timelines and identify constrained resources, conflicting priorities, and scheduling issues

Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry and service standards

Experience partnering with all levels of Leadership

2+ years' project management experience along with experience integrating large-scale projects

Support integration of new technology into the dining experience to ensure seamless service integration.

3+ years' leadership experience in the food and beverage industry

Manage project timelines and identify constrained resources, conflicting priorities, and scheduling issues

Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry and service standards

Experience partnering with all levels of Leadership

7-10 years of experience required in project management and data analysis with successful deployment demonstrating measurable positive results.

7-10 years of experience, process reengineering, organizational design, and/or change management experience preferred.

Six Sigma Green Belt certification and Certified Project Management Professional with Agile accreditation are strongly preferred.

Experience in healthcare process improvement and Digital Analytics capabilities experience is strongly preferred.

Provides project management leadership to multi-disciplinary teams, as well as manages the work of offshore teams and external consultants.

Provide business application consultation, problem tracking/management, project tracking and reporting, and presentation to management and users.

Demonstrated competencies in IT Project Management

Manage/direct all facets of single or multiple, multidimensional, mission-critical projects through the Full Project Life Cycle.

Minimum of 10 Plus years as a Project Manager.

Experience working with procurement technology is a plus

AMAZON REDSHIFT, Dataiku, SAP, Sievo, PSN Kiosk, SPM, ARAVO, SAP Invoice, Payment Status Model, One Track, Provalido, Sirion, Qlik Sense

Personal lines property insurance knowledge

1-3 years of experience with reporting and analytics

Experience working with DOMO, or other data visualization tool like PowerBI or Tableau

Experience working with Confluence & JIRA

Work with leadership to define the reporting necessary to monitor and analyze insurance program performance both operationally and financially

Control Reports to make sure all new programs, renewals, and book rolls are working as expected

Manage staff as assigned; provide training; mentor staff on project management.

Identify quality management and risk issues associated with the implementation and develop appropriate mitigation strategy.

Assist in development of templates and tools to improve project management organization wide.

Mentor junior project managers and analysts in established project management techniques.

Identify a task's status and highlight critical pathways and vulnerabilities; ensure progress toward, and achievement of milestones.

Be able to understand project product’s benefits and limitations.

Coordinate project management tasks, including communication (written, phone, fax), coaching, and training.
