Operations & Project Management Associate

BA/BS degree or equivalent business experience is required

Minimum of 3 years professional work experience

Experience in contact center or customer service setting

Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of applications

Provide day-to-day support to leadership and management for portfolio of projects.

Establish and monitor quality standards for the effective management of future business cases and data management.

Collaborate with other managers and staff members to formulate and implement goals and objectives

Proven knowledge of transportation, distribution and broader supply chain concepts.

Prior internship/co-op experience with a multinational corporation

Prefer a SCRUM master, or at least knowledge of agile methodology

Timeline Management: Microsoft Project (or similar software tool): Intermediate or advanced (preferred) skill level.

Provides project management leadership to the Immuno-Oncology and supports Immuno-Inflammatory Program Teams (both multi-product team).

Mentoring: Demonstrated experience in mentoring team members to improve communication, planning and collaboration skills.

Minimum of 10 years' experience as a project/program manager leading complex biologic/pharmaceutical projects (Preclinical through commercialization/post-marketing) in a multi-disciplinary, global environment

Proven leadership experience in managing a global, cross-functional team with demonstrated skills in strategic planning, risk mitigation and operational problem solving

Microsoft Project (or similar software tool) experience at an intermediate or advanced (preferred) skill level
