· Seven years of digital/integrated producer or project management

• Manage a Producer Team of Senior, Integrated, and Associate Producers, providing day-to-day guidance and oversight.

• Ensure User Experience deliverables meet user and business goals.

· Four years of channel agnostic executional experience

· At least four years of experience working with pharmaceutical/healthcare clients

Assists in coordinating change in project direction, scope, benefits, costs, and timing while minimizing financial risks. Ensures adherence to same.

Zero or more years of experience in project planning

Experience in business administration, information technology, engineering or related field preferred

Organizational skills to balance and prioritize work, ability to deal with ambiguity and change

Assists in establishing objectives for small to medium sized projects to achieve business results by established, critical dates.

Assist in coordinating inter-project dependencies, resource allocation, release planning, technology and architecture to meet business needs.

Assist with project management activities, including monitoring the work of vendors and subcontractors.

Prepare proposal budgets and draft some technical sections of proposals such as past experience and staffing.

Demonstrated intermediate MS Excel skills such as pivot tables.

Provide budget and technical support to Project Directors.

Track awards status on tasks under the FDA BPA.

Assist with project management activities, including monitoring the work of vendors and subcontractors.
