3+ year experience in Human Resources

3+ year experience in compensation or other data analysis

Intermediate level of knowledge in design and implementation of compensation programs

1+ years of experience with Workday

Conducting market analysis on compensation programs (including base, short- and long-term incentives) through research and salary survey input and analysis

Manage relationship with Contingent Workforce Program and vendor internal account management staff.

Manage the execution of contractor tracking, performance feedback processes, and develop and run organizational reporting.

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.

Identify solutions and make recommendations to continually improve processes in areas of responsibility to maximize efficiency and improve outcomes.

Onboarding of all new hires including contractor project onboarding.

Deliver staffing reporting to maximize business operations including maintenance of data integrity.
