At least 5+ years of Corporate HR and progressive project management experience

Strong skills with Wrike or other project management tool

Ensure adherence of internal project management methodology

Familiar with variety of project management and change management concepts, practices, and procedures.

8+ years of experience within Project Management and/or Management Consulting

Applied experience with organizational change management

Project Management experience leading an end to end system implementation project is preferred

Plan and execute projects against project plans, change management plans, and go-live and business readiness plans

Identifies, applies and shares best practices and advocates approaches, frameworks, tools and technology for effective project management

Deep knowledge of Project Management as demonstrated through 1-2 years of focused project management experience

Implements project management processes and tools for the HR function (e.g., escalations, status reports, project charters)

Acts as coordination body for escalation of project status/issues to the Strategic Portfolio Management Officer Manager and HR Leadership Team

Conducts project management activities such as status tracking, budget management, and resource management

Trains HR resources playing a project management role for smaller projects outside of the Project Manager role scope

Bachelors degree in a work-related discipline/field from an accredited college or university. Combination of experience and education will be considered
