You will manage project escalations to internal and external management teams as appropriate.

You will drive organizational best practices, techniques, and standards around Project Management.

Bachelor's degree in management, business, or a related field. Master’s degree a plus.

Experience with the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries; prior experience with healthcare software and solutions a plus.

Proven self-starter and ability to manage ambiguity; takes the initiative to identify and drive change.

Experience working a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environments.

Previous applicable experience working in a commercial negotiation environment with excellent commercial management, negotiation and influencing skills

Work with different internal teams to negotiate contract terms (project finance, engineering, project management, procurement and legal);

Prepares presentations to Senior Management as requested;

Prepares project budgets and assists Management in the completion budget reviews;

Keep monitor and manage milestones and prepare routine progress reports

Experience in managing the solar energy development process

Two years of full-time professional-level work experience in program administration, program development, program operations , or management; and

Ensure coordination and management of all project duties.

Develop and maintain processes to organize grant-monitoring activities; track grant requirements and maintain process to communicate non-compliance with sub-recipients.

Will be the lead for suicide prevention grant.

Direct project design and implementation strategies.

Continually assess and refine system gaps.

Experience with commonly used project management tools including but not limited to Microsoft project.

Excellent Project Management Skills – drives execution while balancing speed, quality, and cost.

Leadership skills including situational leadership, ability to lead a team of experts and influence without authority

Ability to resolve complex problems and manage difficult stakeholder situations

Accountable for creating and maintaining a cross-function development plan, timeline and budget for each program and ensuring progress vs. plan.

Proactively identifies risks and ensures mitigation plans are implemented
