Project Development Director Jobs in Florida

Excellent negotiation skills and at least three years’ experience in negotiating contract

Manages the Operations and project team which includes, but is not limited to; first responders, superintendents, vendors, suppliers, AOE/EOR’s, and clients

Reviews contracts and manages the financial aspects of contracts; ensures job margin analysis is completed on a regular basis

Recruits Restoration Supervisors and Project Managers

Must show progression to Senior Project Manager or leadership role in past positions

Knowledge and use of T&M, Xactimate, negotiations with insurance providers (adjusters, consultants, etc)

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Construction Project Management with Environmental emphasis and Insurance Restoration is preferred.

Bachelor’s Degree – Construction Management or equivalent preferred

Manage multiple projects simultaneously over a multi-location region

Advance Xactimate Certification, Level 3 Certification; Haag Certification for Residential Commercial Roofing
