Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements for data management.

Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role.

Review and organize documents for data entry purposes.

Experience with lots of data entry projects highly desired.

Experience in telecommunications industry desired.

Requires strong knowledge of windows operating systems, Microsoft office suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook

Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively.

File and maintain paper and electronic documents as necessary.

Monitor deadlines ensuring that break scheduling occurs as required.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Respond in a timely manner and assure resolution to all management, client and vendor inquiries

Diligently and correctly enter data collected by our product line managers.

Administrative assistance to the project managers.

Advanced skills using Microsoft Office - particularly Excel;

Attention to detail and a high level of organizational skills with the ability to multi-task;

Use the project report as the guide to create projects in the project management application

0-2 years of professional experience

Excellent organizational skills and work independently

Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications (Excel, Work, Outlook)

Solid and accurate data entry skills required.

Perform data entry and/or data cleaning & update tasks

Work with responsible research manager and/or scientist to resolve data issues

1-3 years of relevant data work experience, biopharmaceutical experience a plus

Good analytical skills and understanding of how to run reports in MS Excel

Run/analyze error and/or missing data report(s) to identify gaps in the system and/or commonly observed missing data pattern

Use the project report as the guide to create projects in the project management application

0-2 years of professional experience

Excellent organizational skills and work independently

Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications (Excel, Work, Outlook)
