3+ years of experience working with community healthcare providers and private practices in a business development or sales capacity

Organize community healthcare providers, clinics, and care centers for joint programming, held both in-person and virtual

Advanced skills in project management, budget management, reporting, contracting, cross-cultural awareness communication, influence, negotiation, conflict resolution, and creative problem solving

Position Title: Community and Public Health Partnership Project Manager – Health Equity and Strategy Office

Minimum of 5-10 years of public health experience at the national, state, and/or local level

Knowledge of consensus-building approaches that foster public-private partnership between CBOs, the private sector, and state and local public health departments

Manages project administration, including budgeting, timelines, reporting, contracting, technical content development, and evaluation

Reports to: Senior Program Officer or other department lead

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and related experience. required

Collects, tracks and reports information about the community and community health programming and community benefits.

Plans, manages, and documents community health event logistics with multiple stakeholders.

Participation with a community health organization. experience as a lay facilitator in health/wellness programs. preferred

Certification as lay facilitator in health, wellness, fitness Upon Hire preferred and
