Project Chat Specialist Jobs

Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry preferred but not necessary

Have a handle on basic internet and window based computer skills

Strong ability to multitask is preferred, gaming experience is helpful

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions - this is a remote position

Strong organizational and project management skills.

What you’ll do as a Chatbot Specialist, Knowledge Management:

At least two years of support, knowledge base, compliance/regulatory, or related content creation experience.

Previous experience in creating content for a Knowledge Base or Help Center.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Equivalent industry experience will also be considered.

Zendesk, Tableau, and/or SQL experience preferred.

Customers will benefit from the successful candidate's prompt and accurate service

Other duties include analyzing customer interactions and, when needed, escalating complaints to the Online Chat Manager

You will answer to client live chats concerning website navigation issues, support requests, and general consumer concerns

You will also establish new consumer relationships in order to better understand and address their needs
