PMP or PMI certification strongly preferred

Experience with PM methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall or Scrum)

Daily interaction with other material management staff, quality control and manufacturing staff.

Working knowledge of standard computer-based business systems such as SAP

Receive, store and issue the raw materials, packaging components and operational supplies used to support manufacturing operations.

Completes GMP forms and/or batch records as required for material receiving, shipping, and freezing activities

Maintains material inventory levels using required systems and equipment.

Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Business, Org. Management, Project Management, Computer Science, or related)

Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

Sets and manages customer expectations.

Builds a knowledge base of each customer’s business, organization and objectives.

Timely and periodically prepares reports for management regarding status of project including project budget and schedule.

Adept in the use of project management software.

Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors execution, and summarizes progress of project.

MSHA Certification required (or must obtain within reasonable period)
