Job Description

Morae Global Corporation seeks to find the best and the brightest people – those who understand what it takes to deliver top-quality solutions for our clients. Morae Global is the premier provider of DM (Document Management) services utilizing the iManage platform. The DM Project Manager provides leadership and project management as part of a team delivering DM projects and expert consulting to law firms and corporate legal departments. This position is part of the Document Management team. The successful candidate will be comfortable with remote work but also part of a collaborative team.


Responsibilities:

· Provide project leadership throughout all phases of planning, analysis, installation, and testing.

· Interact extensively with clients and project team to help plan and define project milestones, timelines and manage resources.

· Create and update project plans, status reports and executive dashboards.

· Lead project meetings, take notes and follow up on actionable items.

· Ensure the constant flow of communication.

· Manage the schedules of technical resources and track team utilization.

· Ensure deadlines and budget/cost targets are met and quickly identify and address scope and creep.

· Maintain required project documentation to include presentations, design documentation, build and deployment guides and task lists.

· Evaluate new IT strategies and procedures.

· Participate in proposal creation process



Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree.

· Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Project Manager.

· Experience in Legal and/or Technology is preferred.

· Experience in the delivery of DM Projects including records and conflicts specifically within the legal vertical is preferred.

· Experience working with project planning software.

· Advanced skills with Microsoft Office applications.

· Strong client-facing skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Formal training in project or program management.

· Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.

· Must be outgoing and comfortable working with clients and independently.

· Ability to easily adapt to changing environments.

· Careful attention to detail and priorities is a MUST.

· The desire to go above and beyond to foster team unity, oversee the resolution of issues and provide excellent customer service.

· Displays well-developed problem solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think creatively in a fast-paced environment.
