Utilizes strong project management skills and the corporate standard system development methodology (or other industry methodology) to manage assigned projects.

Identifies project stakeholders and manages communication with the project stakeholders.

Develops and implements communication and reporting mechanisms to manage issues, risks, and timely delivery of initiative results.

Direct resources on assigned projects and ensure clarity of project roles and responsibilities

Delivers results for mid to large size project initiatives within established timeframes and quality measures.

Consults with business leaders to translate a project idea into a defined project with goals, objectives, and scope.

Knowledge of project management processes and methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum

Knowledge of budgeting and financial management

Experience with quality management issues

3 or more years of automotive-related project management

Proficient in using project management software and tools such as JIRA and MS Project

Firm grasp of risk management practices
