Programs Project Coordinator Jobs

5 years of experience leading management projects that drive mission results (e.g., strategy, process improvement, organizational change management, technology, etc.)

Project Management certification (PMP) and Bachelor's Degree in social science research or related field

Manage teams and provide mission and innovation-focused support on complex management consulting projects for the Federal Government

Minimum of 8 years experience supporting Intelligence Community customer as a project or program manager.

Develops plans including budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for several major portions of a program.

Establishes and defines program plan requirements and directs or performs in-depth studies to determine optimum program plans.

Works very with the project manager and the subcontractors during the preparations and updating of the schedule.

Effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and computer literacy

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Proven experience in event coordinator or project management.

Knowledge of budget management and financial analysis is a plus

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in event management and program development to implement unique and new ideas.

Procure and manage staff & volunteers needed for each event.

Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of programs and events.

Manage event registration and ticket tracking.

Project management, impact investing, events management, or program coordination experience preferred

Manage the program speaker invitation process, in coordination with the Programs Team and other MIE staff

Collaborate with other MIE teams members, as needed, on co-managed programs

Serve as liaison for the Programs Team, handling routine inquiries, and managing logistics for team-managed events

A minimum of one to three years of professional experience

Experience in program coordination or development ideal

They will build a consistent change management program for all tier 1 hubs

Ability to interact effectively with management and employees at all levels

A minimum of 5 years of program management, Business case development, and change management

Candidates for this position should have at minimum a bachelors degree or 4 years of relevant work experience

General knowledge of training (ACS/IFS/Flight Ops)

What You Need To Succeed (minimum Qualifications)

Minimum of 2 years experience in project management and associated administrative tasks

Minimum of 2 years experience in higher education

Lead execution of projects within higher education programs, serving as the primary point person for specified projects

Support with higher education faculty and staff learning communities, training the trainers, and faculty-led curriculum development

Degree in a sustainability or energy-related field, or commensurate experience

Minimum of 2 years experience in energy, sustainability, or climate challenges and solutions

Project manage ongoing process improvement and operational programs

Evaluate systems setup to guide improvements from a people experience standpoint

Identify areas of improvement through research, analyzing data and outreach for feedback to grow our people programs

Proactively communicate upcoming changes with partners

Evaluate current pain points and make process recommendations to internal partners and guide implementation of process changes

Solve complex challenges related to scaling of people programs, and create risk mitigation plans

3+ years in a project/program management role (preference given to those with engineering or other technical experience)

Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors

Manage complex cross functional timelines and actively work to mitigate schedule risks

Manage key cell development resource allocation efforts

Battery industry experience is highly beneficial

Responsible for managing projects associated with cell development

Demonstrated experience with basic cash management, basic accounting and purchasing skills, and making accurate cash register sales.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities / Competencies

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

Must possess a thorough knowledge of U.S. History, specifically the Civil War era.

Basic computer skills with programs such as Microsoft Word, Publisher, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Demonstrated experience with communicating effectively in written and oral form.
