- Compiles reports on all National Fire Academy training and education activities.
- Provides program and clerical support related to other National Fire Academy training administration and analysis activities.
- Responds to public inquiries concerning the National Fire Academy training evaluation program and other areas within National Fire Academy.
- Assists in the development and on-going maintenance of National Fire Academy Standard Operation Procedures.
- You must successfully pass a background investigation.

- Current federal employees must meet time-in-grade requirements.

- A one year probationary period is required for new Federal competitive service employees and new supervisors and managers.
