Knowledge / Skills / Proficiencies:

Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in engaging with the community and in internal contexts.

Participate in scheduled meetings, in-service training and team decisions as needed.

Catalog external photography of objects and life & times used for curatorial and educational research, exhibition planning, public relations and publications.

3-5 years of related experience

Knowledge of digital file formats, video formats and data base systems

Salary: $46,000 to $49,000 commensurate with experience

Create and maintain controlled vocabularies and ensures proper application. Review legacy metadata to ensure compliance with current standards.

Work with MFA photography staff to archive life and times photography related to installation, events, constituents and site documentation.

2 years of experience with digital archives, preservation, or life-cycle planning.

Experience with and understanding of international preservation standards and best practices.

Experience with relevant technologies and software used in digital archiving and preservation.

Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Experience in an academic or research library.

Experience in digital curation, collection development, and/or managing digital repositories.

Provide counseling, education, and support to individuals seeking information on pregnancy-related topics

Possess excellent communication skills, including articulate and clear verbal and written communication

Passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, particularly in the realm of pregnancy health education.

Handle inbound calls, chats lines, and some outbound calls

Keep records of all conversations in our call center database

Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions
