- Maintain Compass Connections professional and ethical standards of conduct outlined in Compass Connections employee handbook including demonstrating respect for agency staff, clients, and community members and complying with required dress code at all times.
- Communicate effectively and professionally by phone or face-to-face with agency staff, vendors, community members and regulatory and contract staff.
- Participate in scheduled meetings, in-service training and team decisions as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality in all areas of the child and program operations.
- Maintain confidentiality in all areas of child and program operations.
- Maintain Compass Connections professional and ethical standards of conduct outlined in Compass Connections employee handbook including demonstrating respect for agency staff, children, and community members and complying with required dress code at all times.
- Compile, prepare, submit, and maintain accurate records, files, forms, statistics, and additional information in accordance with agency policies, licensing and/or contract requirements.
- Meet all federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards that are applicable to this position.
- Receives, tracks, and responds to high volume inquiries and requests for stored records from internal and external agencies in a timely manner.
- Maintain a comprehensive digital archiving system and be able to locate and retrieve information from files as directed.
- Meet all deadlines required by program supervisor and federal partners.
- Processes raw images using the appropriate software.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation or training in accordance with agency policies and procedures and contract and regulatory requirements and standards.
- Organize and prioritize responsibilities and duties efficiently.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens throughout employment.
- Provide proof of work eligibility status upon request.
- Pass a pre-employment and biennial criminal background checks.
- Maintain computer literacy required to meet the responsibilities of the position.
- Demonstrate the ability to:
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of all Compass Connections policies and procedures.
- Work effectively and without intensive supervision both independently and as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain emotional control and professional composure at all times.
- Respond sensitively and competently to the service population’s cultural and socio-economic characteristics.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members, service providers and professionals.
