Drive the successful delivery and end-to-end project management of multiple concurrent inflight Enterprise projects and implementations.

Ensure projects are managed against the requirements of scope of work and manage applicable change control processes.

Able to effectively manage responsibilities

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-function teams

Drive the process of gathering or confirming requirements, define the implementation project scope and develop engagement timelines / resources as needed.

Excellent communicator with interpersonal skills

Strong understanding of marketing including product management, product development, P&L experience, and marketing communications

Minimum 8 years in Product Management, Marketing, Strategy and/or New Business Development or a related field

Serve as key account manager for select HEW technology partners responsible for accessory product lines

Manage all aspects of our Amazon/e-Commerce and Home Center channels for accessory products

Strong analytic and critical thinking skills

Excellent people skills with an acute ability to develop relationships across functional areas

Facility management, product management, program management, energy management, project management or process management experience

Demonstrated experience in change management, process integration and implementation and supervisory or management experience

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Marketing, Business and 2 years related work experience

Manage and modify contractual obligations for the program with supply chain.

Identify and implement promotional strategies and expand offers to other jurisdictions as appropriate.

Learning about all teams’ abilities, schedules, and resource levels—anticipate bottlenecks or other issues early and be able to help.

Manages and leads the integration of Information System delivery in support of clinical or corporate systems to achieve organizational goals.

Actively mentors team members to constantly improve their capabilities and performance.

Manages technical resource capacity and allocation.

Drives rapid assimilation of newly acquired entities from an information system capability perspective.

Facilitates alignment between business stakeholders and IT, providing cross-department visibility into demand, enterprise solutions and execution of key projects.

Leads the implementation of products in support of strategic and tactical programs.
