You demonstrate analytical skills for market intelligence management and targeted execution of measures.

You will Define product segmentation (internal & external), marketing requirements and sales strategies for the US Market

You will manage an on-going assessment of customer needs and create marketing collateral and/or sales programs to support

You will analyze competitive offerings, wins/loss data and develop sales strategies and tactics to enable differentiation in the US market

Completes assigned duties based on daily business needs and individual skill set.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.

Ensures our product offerings and program portfolio meets the needs of our students and partners.

Creates a strategy for degree and non-degree product offerings that considers modality, content source, course instruction, and technology considerations.

Provide outstanding relationship management and product support to physician practices and business stakeholders

Support and communicate with Product Management Team, especially with respect to escalated product support concerns and communication around product releases

Technical Requirements (for remote workers):

Support the creation of training and educational materials for each support tier

1+ years of experience working on a support or customer experience team

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
