Develop appropriate supplier relationship management strategies, analyzing cost reductions and supplier performance improvement opportunities or risks.

Knowledge of purchasing regulations, legal compliance, policies and procedures with demonstrated advanced negotiations, contract and sourcing skills is required.

Partner with Finance to determine input for the business operating plans, regularly communicating any risks and opportunities or variances versus plan.

Recognize intellectual property risks, manage issues that arise and elevate appropriately in a confidential manner.

The ideal candidate will be a professional with experience in the following areas:

Advises high-level decision makers and management officials regarding drug negotiation and inflation rebate functional operations, programmatic strategic planning, and special projects.

Provides technical expertise, guidance, and support on drug rebate and negotiation operational activities related to the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022.

(1) Analyzing healthcare laws, guidance or regulations to support payment or coverage policies for pharmaceutical products.

(3) Providing technical direction and advising high-level leadership regarding policies related coverage or payment of pharmaceuticals.

Work closely with Production VPs, Directors, Managers, and Show Production Staff to examine the needs of each production

Have a thorough, current ongoing knowledge of all related crew competencies

Minimum of 2-3 years experience in production for television or film with hands-on, set based production experience

Must have previous experience creating and tracking production specific documents including contact sheets and call sheets

Working knowledge of budget building and cost forecasting

Experience with Movie Magic Budget software desired but not required

Company funding for relevant continued education and skill development

2 year production or scheduling experience

Flexibility to manage competing priorities

Outstanding oral and written communication skills

Experience in an agency environments a plus

Works closely with the Producers to ensure the smooth execution of all productions

Manage inhouse production equipment inventory and studio scheduling

Prior experience in film industry or media preferred

Social Media and Youtube savvy, working knowledge of “best practices” for content platforms

Order / track MANSCAPED® product for photo and video productions

Gather and input usage rights for photo and video content

Experience with planning systems and mid-level volume production requirements

Plan, schedule, coordinate and/or monitor products through the complete production cycle based on customer orders and delivery requirements

Establish effective communication with various departments as necessary to meet production requirements

Assist Assembly Manager to prioritize assembly builds based upon the linear calendar.

Must possess outstanding communication skills

5+ years of manufacturing experience in a machine shop environment

Experience with Oracle manufacturing software (version 10.7 or higher) preferred but not required
