Expertise in team execution and risk management, guiding teams through the process.

Coordinate design, development, and qualification activities.

Demonstrated experience in leading multiple programs simultaneously.

Proven track record of leading programs from inception to completion, showcasing strong project execution skills.

Electronics experience, including understanding of the product development lifecycle or system-level comprehension.

15+ years of experience in a development role at pharma or biotechnology company, included clinical development.

Experience in oncology or oncology immunotherapy clinical trials and development required.

Development Team leadership or equivalent experience required.

Local (San Francisco Bay Area) strongly preferred. Remote option available (office hours are PST) with regular travel to Bay Area.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Pay: $46 - $48/ hourly as W2, full benefits offered.
