Pay: $46 - $48/ hourly as W2, full benefits offered.

Location: Role is fully remote

Length of contract: Budget approved for 12 months, likely extension past that point as the team is expanding and growing.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $46 to $48 / hourly as a W2 employee.

Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. A CreativeTech team within an established Marketing organization provides coding services (mostly for emails and landing pages) for clients, using creative assets developed by an internal agency, by external creative agencies, or by external clients themselves. This is not a hands-on coding role - it is managing the process and making sure deadlines and deliverables are met.

This team is starting to scale up their services and support and need to add a detailed product/project manager to help liaise with clients and to help gather and document requirements, manage timelines, and stay on top of deliverables, etc.

This role may also include some process mapping/documentation, depending on capacity but the primary need is for

The role may also include some QA of deliverables until the organization can get QA resources hired. Experience working with both clients and developers in an agency-style setting is definitely a plus.

This candidate will work with account managers on the agency side

Work comes in - check that dates are correct / all deliverables are there / develop any requirements documents as needed / ensure all billing information is listed

This person will be helping to ensure Email templates and documentation is prepared to hand off to developers who will build out the emails and landing pages.
